The Ei407 Manual Call Point is an emergency device that when activated triggers all the alarms on the connected system. Unlike traditional hardwired call points, this call point is powered by a tamper proof, sealed in lithium cell giving a completely wire free installation with a 10-year life—eliminating the need for complex electrical work and making it ideal for buildings where cabling installation would be impractical or costly.

Durable, Reusable Design Built for Real Emergencies

The front plate is made from a non-breaking plastic that means if the call point is used you can simply reset the plate, rather than having to replace it. This fundamental difference from traditional break-glass units reduces maintenance costs and downtime—you won't be stuck with a damaged call point after it's activated during an emergency. The resettable design is practical for both real fire events and regular fire drills.

Advanced RadioLINK Interconnection for Reliable Coverage

The Ei407 connects wirelessly using RadioLINK interconnection technology, so once in place you will need to House Code the switch into the alarm system. The Ei407 uses advanced radio transceiver technology with unique software coding to transmit the proprietary RadioLINK protocol, ensuring a robust "mesh" of RF signals and reliable paths of communication. The house coding feature confines the RF communication to designated devices only, thereby avoiding the inadvertent activation of neighbouring alarm RF systems. This security feature is essential in multi-unit buildings, preventing cross-activation between adjacent properties.

Battery Health Monitoring Built In

The indicator will flash green every 40 seconds to indicate that the battery is healthy. The indicator will flash amber every 9 seconds to indicate that the batteries are depleted. This visual feedback system ensures you always know the device is operational without requiring complex testing procedures.

System Flexibility and Integration

Up to 12 RadioLINK units can be used in one system. For larger systems contact our Technical Department for guidance. For use with 140RC when using an Ei168Rc RadioLINK base, 160e when using an Ei100MRF RadioLINK + module, Ei3000 series when using an EI3000MRF SmartLINK module or any RadioLINK enabled CO alarms. The Ei407 integrates seamlessly into existing Aico RadioLINK systems, offering a unified fire safety solution across your building.
