 No. We are specialist retailers only. We focus 100% of our expertise on sourcing and selling high-quality products rather than performing installation work. We strongly advise that you do not book an electrician until you have received and inspected your items, as we cannot be held liable for contractor fees due to delivery delays.

What makes you a specialist?

Unlike general DIY stores, our entire business is dedicated exclusively to lighting. Our inventory is curated to meet 2025/2026 safety and energy standards, focusing on the intersection of aesthetics and electrical efficiency.

Who can buy from your shop?

We serve everyone—from members of the general public looking for home upgrades to trade professionals who need reliable, high-quality supplies for large-scale projects.

Do you have a physical showroom?

We operate primarily through our digital storefront at electricallighting.co.uk. This allows us to maintain a nationwide reach and offer a streamlined, efficient experience for all customers.

Delivery & Shipping

How much does delivery cost?

Our rates are straightforward based on your order total and category:

Orders over £100:

FREE Delivery (excluding Decorative Lighting).

Orders under £100:

 A flat fee of £9 applies.

Decorative Lighting:

A flat fee of £15 applies to all items in this category, regardless of the order total.

Why is there a specific charge for Decorative Lighting?

 Since our founding, we have prioritized the safe arrival of your items. Decorative pieces are often fragile and require specialized packaging, handling, and insurance through our partners to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

How long does delivery take?

We utilize a high-efficiency dropshipping model. While times vary slightly by manufacturer, most orders are processed immediately. Once dispatched, we will send you a tracking number so you can monitor the journey to your door.

Do you ship outside the UK?

 Yes, we ship to the Republic of Ireland (£9.99 flat rate) and several EU countries including Germany, France, and Benelux (£14.99 flat rate).

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day "Change Your Mind" guarantee. Items must be returned in perfect, unused, and uninstalled condition with all original packaging. For non-faulty returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

What if my item arrives damaged?

 Please inspect your goods within 24 hours of delivery. Any damages or shortages must be reported within 48 hours to dhiresh@electricallighting.co.uk. If an item is faulty, we will provide a full refund or a replacement.
