Aurora Fixed EFD Fire Rated Downlight Polished Chrome

This fire-rated recessed downlight meets building safety codes for rooms and spaces where fire protection matters—kitchens, bathrooms, commercial areas, and anywhere local regulations call for it.

The polished chrome bezel gives you a clean, professional look that suits modern and contemporary interiors alike. Its fixed design means it installs securely into your ceiling and stays put, with no tilt or adjustment once mounted.

Built as a recessed fixture, it sits flush with your ceiling for a seamless finish. The fire-rated construction includes intumescent elements that activate during heat exposure, helping contain fire and smoke—a feature your insurance and building inspector will appreciate.

Install it in kitchens for task lighting over islands or counters, in hallways and landings for general illumination, or throughout commercial spaces where fire safety standards apply. Works with standard bulb types and fits into ceiling cavities with proper backing.

If you're renovating, building new, or upgrading lighting in a regulated space, this downlight handles both the code requirement and the aesthetic demand without compromise.
