During the cutting process, the SBC's rebating cutters produce a 6.5mm rebate in the floor material. This creates a ledge which the plastic SBC caps can precisely locate on in the flooring to neatly cover open holes
The SBC also features a precision manufactured depth stop ring which is set to the same depth as the plastic caps. This makes it impossible for users to over-drill meaning the plastic caps always lie flush to the floor for a neat finish with 100% accuracy
