Because the rotor cage can be continuously tilted up to 100° around its horizontal axis, it doesn't matter whether the cooling airflow is desired near the floor or higher -- it will always reach its destination!

Three non-slip rubber feet attached to the underside of the equally chrome-plated stand bracket ensure the device's secure stand -- even confined bumps are easily absorbed by the floor fan.
